🖼️ Mosaic Art Workshop 🎨
Dive into the colorful world of mosaic making! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the basics of design, gluing, grouting, and working with ceramics, tiles, beads, baubles, tokens and broken china to create your own one-of-a-kind piece.
When you register, you’ll choose your favorite project—from mushrooms and birdhouses to stepping stones and more. So don’t be surprised to see fellow creators working on a variety of unique pieces in the same class!
✨ What you’ll learn:
- Designing your mosaic layout
- Gluing techniques
- Working with ceramic and found materials
- Grouting (demo included!)
We’ll demonstrate the grouting process during class so you’ll know exactly what to do. Since glue needs 24–48 hours to fully set, you’ll take grout home to finish—or you're welcome to return to The Dragonfly on a future date (to be scheduled) to complete your project here.
🎨 Every Piece is Unique!
We have an ever-changing selection of tiles, china, and treasures to choose from—so no two projects are ever the same. The photos you see are just samples—your piece will be a one-of-a-kind creation based on your own design.
Have a special plate or mug that’s seen better days but holds meaning? Or a favorite color scheme you're working with? Feel free to bring your own broken china or ceramic pieces to incorporate into your artwork—that’s what makes it truly yours.

Bring along your favorite beverage or a few snacks to enjoy while you create. It’s a relaxed, come-as-you-are kind of day.
