Whimsical Garden Art on a Stake
Let your garden sparkle with personality! In this playful and creative workshop, you’ll design your very own piece of whimsical garden art—mounted on a sturdy forked stake that’s perfect for your lawn, flower bed, or even a big ol’ planter. Wherever it goes, it’s sure to bring a pop of color and charm!
Start by choosing from our delightful collection of cups, saucers, and plates—full of character and vintage flair. Then, you’ll learn how to safely drill holes into your ceramic pieces using a drill press and/or handheld drill. Once prepped, you'll wire-wrap your treasures onto a metal garden stake to create your one-of-a-kind display. And don’t forget to grab a little succulent to tuck into your finished piece once you get home—it’s the cherry on top!
A few important notes:
- We’ll be working with ceramics and porcelain, so class sizes are small to ensure everyone gets personal guidance (especially around power tools).
- Feel free to bring your own special plates or saucers! If you have a beloved cup you'd like to include, it must be dropped off at least one week in advance so we can safely cut it in half (we don’t cut ceramics during class for safety reasons).
Come play with plates, plants, and a little bit of power tool magic—your garden will thank you!

If you have an idea in mind, and don’t see it on our web site, or if you see a class or workshop that doesn’t fit into your schedule – let us know..
