Intro to Calligraphy - Greeting Cards - August 25, 2023 - 11:00
Intro to Calligraphy is the perfect opportunity to learn decorative lettering, an easy way to instantly elevate your daily journal, notes, signage, events, and more.
This class includes a calligraphy workbook filled with practice sheets, block and cursive alphabets, decorative laurel ideas, and other calligraphy tips. You will also receive a personalized notebook, calligraphy brush pen, and small set of greeting cards that you will create during the class. Josie will give you ideas on writing titles such as “Thank You” or “Congrats!” for you to take home and use at a later time.
Join us for this fun workshop and leave with the roots of a skill you can use for the rest of your life! This class is taught by Josie Wang, a born-and-raised Orange County local who loves all things art, including calligraphy, sketches, graphic design, music, and painting (select works can be found on instagram @wonderfullymadeoc). Josie is also the owner of her own Etsy shop where she sells original stickers. To date, she has shipped over 4,000 orders worldwide! Josie loves to create, but she believes that it’s the community found within a shared passion for art that sparks her joy. Join this calligraphy community today!
