beaded wire hanger so it’s ready to display.

In this workshop, you’ll create a festive Trick or Treat sign using a fun decoupage technique. Choose from a selection of Halloween papers and designs, then learn how to layer, adhere and finish
your pieces for a smooth, polished look.
We’ll add paint, wire and colorful beads to give your sign that extra bit of Halloween personality.
