Healthy Bites Workshop
I'm excited to introduce Lauri -
Hi! My name is Lauri and I’m on a health journey; learning, growing and sharing as I go along. Let’s start with one new simple habit, having healthy bites in the refrigerator when we go looking for a snack or to take on the go. We will make two different recipes together and you will be able to take 12 bites home. I will also provide a third bite for you to sample. Class includes all recipes. Please feel free to bring a beverage of your choice.

Cost: $35, about 1 1/2 hours
(due to the limited # of participants, class fees are nonrefundable unless cancelled/rescheduled by The Dragonfly)
