Anne Hubber, The Barefoot Gardener

Anne Huber, the Barefoot Gardener, is the experienced horticulturalist behind the Dragonfly Shops & Gardens beautiful container gardens, succulent plants and herbs. Anne has been gardening since she was a teenager, and in the nursery business for many years. She loves transforming a patch of dirt into something so gratifyingly beautiful. She is fascinated by the many different forms of succulents and has an excellent eye for mixing them in effortlessly with a classic English garden look. The Dragonfly Shops & Gardens is her second home and you can usually find her poking about in the gardens, enjoying the time she spends there with the local Old Towne Orange community. She encourages folks to buy flowers or plants for special occasions that still ‘have the roots attached’.
